Everything you'd want to know before booking: how we quote, how you pay, and what happens when the weather doesn't cooperate. Still curious? Send us a note and we'll answer fast.
We measure your property by satellite using Google Earth after you send your address through the contact form. That tells us your lot size, which sets your pricing tier. No on-site visit, no scheduling an estimate, no waiting around for someone to show up. You just get a written quote by email within 24 to 48 hours.
One payment secures your spot on the Saturday route for the entire season, with no monthly billing, no per-cut invoices, and no chasing payments mid-summer. It keeps things simple for everyone and lets us lock your rate in for the year. You pay once, before the first cut, and you're set until October.
Your cut still happens. It just moves to late afternoon on a weekday, and we let you know in advance. No cut is ever skipped because of the weather. Rain reschedules it; it never cancels it.
A full season is 12 cuts. We cut every other Saturday from May through September, plus one final cut in early October before the snow. If you sign up partway through the year, you simply get the cuts that are left, and your season total is priced accordingly.
Never. The day you sign, your per-cut rate is locked for the entire season, with no mid-season increases, guaranteed. Published rates may rise for future sign-ups, so signing now actually protects you against next season's pricing.
No problem, you pay only for the cuts remaining. Your season total is your per-cut rate times the number of cuts left when you join, so the later you sign up, the lower the total (and the fewer cuts you receive). Our pricing page shows the live count for today's date.
You get a full refund any time before your first cut. After the first cut, the season payment is locked in. The agreement ends at the final October cut. There's no auto-renewal, and we both re-sign each spring.
Every visit is the full package: cutting, trimming and edging around everything the mower can't reach, and a blow-down of your walkways, driveway, and steps. Fall cleanup (full leaf removal) is an optional add-on booked separately in late September.
For our launch season we're focused on the West End of Sault Ste. Marie. We're expanding across the city season by season, so if you're outside the West End, send your address anyway and we can map you for next season.
Send your address through the contact form. We measure by satellite, assign your tier, and email a written quote with a secure HoneyBook link. You sign the simple service agreement and pay the season in one step, then we confirm your scheduled cut days. Done.
We're a small, owner-operated crew out on lawns most of the day, so we handle everything by email, Facebook, and Instagram rather than phone. It keeps every request documented so nothing slips through the cracks, and it means we're spending our time on your lawn, not on hold. We reply quickly.
Send it over. Whether you're after a quote or just want to know more, we'll get back to you by email, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
