Full-season totals are based on 12 cuts from May through one final cut in early October. If you join after the season begins, you pay only for the scheduled cuts remaining. Current site pricing controls if a later update differs from this article.
What each package includes
Basic
Every scheduled visit includes mowing, trimming around obstacles, edging along hard surfaces and a clean blow-down. Weather delays are rescheduled rather than treated as a skipped cut.
Standard
Standard includes everything in Basic plus spring and fall cleanup. It adds a flat $250 to the full-season Basic price, regardless of the eligible property-size tier.
Premium
Premium includes Standard service plus a turf-health program: dethatching, core aeration, overseeding with a Northern Ontario blend and two fertilizer applications. It adds a flat $825 to the full-season Basic price.
Why lawn care quotes vary
- Lawn area: More grass means more cutting, trimming and cleanup time. We measure the property by satellite for the initial tier.
- Obstacles and edges: Trees, fences, gardens, play structures and long driveway edges add detail work.
- Access and terrain: Narrow gates, steep grades and soft areas can affect what equipment can be used safely.
- Service level: Mowing alone costs less than seasonal cleanup or a complete turf-health program.
- Frequency and current condition: A maintained lawn is different from an overgrown recovery job.
